Memory: The mental capacity or faculty of retaining and reviving facts, events, impressions, etc.
In other words, your memory is what your brain can remember about
things you've seen, learned, experienced, and so on. It's the potential
to remember.
Memories: Recalling or recognizing previous experiences. In other words, the things that you already remember.
Yep. There are definite techniques for improving memory. For improving memories, just go out and do good things and have a fine and fun life!
